New Year's exhibition CES 2022 amazes with its abundance of new products and concepts. For example, Sony boasted the world's first TV with QD-OLED technology - a conventional OLED panel, but with quantum dots that convey 100 percent color depth, writes Planet Today.
Called the Bravia XR A95K, the product features improved color rendition as well as increased viewing angles. By the way, QD-OLED is OLED TVs at maximum speed. As you know, the latter are already distinguished by an excellent picture, so quantum dot TVs will definitely make a splash on the market.
The A95K has a powerful Cognitive Processor XR and a voice-controlled Google TV operating system on board. The TV has a built-in webcam, 4 HDMI connectors, and an HDR mode focused on the PlayStation 5 game console.
The date of the start of sales is still unknown, as well as the price of future TVs. It is reported that the A95K will come in 65-inch and 55-inch models.
